Members of the Coalition may post information at no charge. For non-members, there is a $25 donation per posting.

ELECTRONIC SIGN: TERMS and CONDITIONS
It is the desire of the Middle Country Coalition for Smart Growth (Coalition) that community based organizations be able to inform the Middle Country Community of upcoming events and activities through electronic sign postings. The postings are to be educational, cultural or recreational, and in strict compliance with New York State Education Law. The Coalition Executive Board is authorized to act upon the applications submitted.
Applications are available online at the Coalition’s webpage: www.MyMiddleCountry.com.
All applications must be submitted at least one month prior to the requested posting.
Applications may be submitted by Middle Country based not-for-profit organizations and associations and/or those organizations targeting the Middle Country community.
Not-for-profit organizations and associations that are members of the Smart Growth Coalition will receive preference in terms of announcement postings.
Non-member not-for-profit organizations and associations will be charged a fee for postings. This fee will be set annually by the Executive Committee.
Postings will be time limited, must be current and will not run for more than three weeks.
Applicants are responsible for insuring accuracy of information posted.
The Smart Growth Coalition is not responsible for inaccurate information or for the quality of the activities advertised.
Any cancellations or changes are to be made known to the Coalition Executive Board in a timely manner.
The right to reject an announcement is reserved by the Coalition Executive Board.
